Discover content
Discover is newsence’s public reading entry point. It turns content from different platforms into consistent reading cards while preserving the original source, publication time, and source link.
Search content
Section titled “Search content”Use the search field at the top of the page. Search results still respect the currently selected content type.
Recent search terms stay only in the current browser so you can reuse them. You can clear this history at any time.
Filter by content type
Section titled “Filter by content type”The content-type chips narrow the public feed:

Add content one item at a time
Section titled “Add content one item at a time”Discover combines the public corpus, including content from sources monitored by newsence. To bring in something else, add its URL as an individual resource.
To add content that is not already present, choose New resource and save its URL as an individual resource in your personal saves or a Collection. Inside a Workspace, the same action adds a project-specific URL or file directly to that Workspace.
Read different content types
Section titled “Read different content types”The resource page adapts to the source:
- General articles show a summary, full text, related content, and a source link.
- YouTube pages show the video, chapters, key clips, and a transcript when available.
- X/Twitter pages show post text, images, and video.
- Academic content shows authors, a PDF, citation counts, and references.
Some full text requires sign-in. When newsence cannot acquire a source, use Open original to return to its website.
Turn discovery into research
Section titled “Turn discovery into research”Select one or more items in a feed and they appear in the context row above the AI input. You can then summarize or compare them, or ask AI to create a research document.
Save content to your personal library or a Collection when you want to keep it long term. Add it directly to a Workspace when it belongs only to a specific project. See Saves, Collections, and Workspaces for the differences.
